“ Amazing restaurant that focuses on quality, taste, and top notch customer care! Prices are also very reasonable and portion sizes are more than enough. I have some dietary restrictions and so called the restaurant beforehand to see if they could accommodate. I ended up speaking with the owner who really took the time to understand my needs and made sure the food was prepared exactly as needed. I ordered the seafood pancake, bibimbap, and spicy squid stir fry and all were some of the best that I’ve ever had. Lots of fresh seafood and vegetables in all the dishes! And the flavor was truly authentic. The inside of the restaurant is also very nicely decorated - will be back to eat indoors very soon! ”
“ We came to Lil Tokyo as our first Sushi experience in New Jersey. It was in such a nice venue, the environment was clean and had such a pleasing atmosphere to it. We were the only patrons in as a huge thunderstorm just came out of nowhere but they were still happy to serve us and allow us to bunker down if the storm got worse. We ordered 3 rolls (Top to Bottom) Samurai Roll - Absolutely delicious and my favorite, the mango was fresh and the roll by far i will be getting in the future Kiss Roll - Shrimp tempura and crab meat eith spicy salmon, and it had such a pleasant spice to it and the ingredients were fresh. Little Tokyo - I'm not usually a fan of soy paper wrapped rolls but this one was quite pleasant and the asparagus was cooked right to allow a satisfying crunch and taste. Overall everything was fresh and priced very well for the quality we received. Definitely recommend this spot for a quick sushi bite or even to-go. ”
